Please read these terms and conditions before booking an airport transfer.
Bookings
All bookings will be confirmed over the phone or email. The following information will be required:
- Passenger Name/Date
- Flight Number/Terminal/Airport
- Check in time/Arrival Time
- Drop off/Pick up address
- Details of payment
- Phone numbers
- Customers address
- How many passengers
- How much luggage
- Email address
- Some same day bookings may be taken, please allow enough time so we can offer our usual high standards. When in doubt, please phone us.
Payments
We take all credit card and bank cards. Pre payments on credit or banks cards are accepted or cash to the driver at the end of each trip.
Cancellation Policy
Executive Cars Swindon will accept any cancellation made as long as there is at least 24 hours before pick up. The cancellation must be made via a phone call to which you will receive confirmation by us.
Executive Cars Swindon is part of Swindon Airport Cars Limited.
Pricing Policy
Prices are calculated on the website are only quotes based on some assumptions and we will confirm the price with a telephone call or email on all quotes.
Corporate accounts
All invoices will be done on the first of each month and most be paid 15 days later either by cash,cheque,or bacs.
